The Monstrosity: 1999
Halloween is My Favorite Time of Year!

So first, I have to buy $150 bucks worth of decorations and lights...

A Giant Plastic Skeleton, that I won't be able to do anything with for 350 days out of the year...

And as many pieces of offensively painted plastic I can get my hands on!

See, I build a horrific black plastic monstrosity in my yard every year, and spend more and more
money on it each year that I do it.  This year, I think I spent a total of $450 bucks, but I never kept
track, so there is no telling... Black Plastic Monstrosity = Scary Haunted House that I build out of
2x4s and 6mil black plastic... 8 feet tall, with over a thousand square feet of terror, this year's was
my biggest and best.  Unfortunately, I was so busy building it, that I didn't get to participate in my
party till after 11pm, and once the party started, I got too drunk too quickly and didn't get many
pictures taken.  So the next morning, I ran around and got a bunch of post-party shots, but the
Monstrosity was a little worse for wear and tear by the next day.

The party itself was a BLAST!

I had over 200 people in my house at one time, filing through the haunted house and drifting out into
my front yard... the neighbors should have complained about the noise and traffic in their yards,
but the catch is that they were drinking WITH US!  WOO!  My neighbors are WAY too kewl.

With a yard FULL of people, and no less than 50 people at the party between 10pm and 4am,
I was a prime target for police intervention.. but the cops didn't even show up!

If my party keeps growing at this rate, next year it's going to have to be held someplace else!

On to some party pictures:

Here's the Henna work that Amanda got done on her feet for her Egyptian Costume...

And here is Jeremy with Amanda, showing off her fabulousness... heh

And yeah, yeah, I was supposed to have this picture posted a week ago, but I'm lazy...
The scary thing is that Hannibal, here, was wheeled around, chained to his dolly, for most of the night!

Front porch shot of Seth the drug fairy, BonBon the hottie, and Leroy the recluse...

And shortly before I got silly, I took this pic of Tongue, Tongue in Cheek, and Cheeky Beeyach... heh
