Fantasm 2003: The Review
If you can't beat em, hide in your room from em

Saturday Night parties at Fantasm are typically the stuff of legend. Each group competes by entertaining the masses, feeding them foul concoctions, and doing their best to keep the energy high. Year after year, I get some good laughs and see a few things my mother wouldn't like. This year would have been no different, except for THIS year, we had our own suite. Instead of milling around other people's rooms for hours and hours, we would make brief jaunts to the party floor, hobnob with the randoms, then retreat to our own room and giggle for a while. After our energy was replenished, we'd head back up and start again. Strangely, these breaks would last longer and longer, till finally we started our OWN party and quit the floor hopping. Thus, I ended up with very few party pictures outside our room... but you'll get the drift.

Up in the N9 room, a drumming collaboration kept the crowd pumped...

and I'm sure it had NOTHING to do with the liquor that was flowing.

Aly and Tina get a sloppy hug from Sleazoid!

"The name's Turnip... DEVIL Turnip..."

HOLY COW! People from my gamer past! It's Alan and Tom! WOOHOO!

Beta with Josie boobs on his head...

I decided every party needs a theme, so I made people go put on Jammies and come back to our place!

Steve always has the best jammies... but I can't help but think I'd rather sleep with Steph!

Molly asks for a choo-choo and a Red Ryder B.B. Gun

Look at the love in our room! (and the nifty lights that Steph set up!)

It looks like Prescott is going to have a LOT of presents to give out!

Aly and cute bald boy-toy...

Smooches for Teener!

Yes... Yes... I'm pretty sure that qualifies as shit-eating...

One can almost hear the turntable slowing when they look at tired Tina..

This is the part of the night that starts to get fuzzy... we went and raided Dragon's booze (I'm not sure if I did that in a couth manner or not! Regardless, thank you!)

All signs point to sleep... almost time for beddie-bye...

The Last Day

The view out our window, which I thought was pretty nifty...

A few final moments with friends before the long trek back to Huntspatch... and another set of closed eyes from the Rock and Roll Rabbit!

And lastly, the epitome of Sunday... one completely sacked out who is about to drool on the pillow.

Trust me, I felt like doing the same thing during the 3 hour drive home!

Great Times... Better Friends... a Great Weekend Overall!
